Dillon Dixon, Renowned International Singer Songwriter

Dillon Dixon is a singer/songwriter who writes songs of both celebrated and troubled

love affairs, persistence in the face of life’s hardships and successes, all with an undying

dare to dream. Dillon has traveled wide, listened hard and written from his heart.

Throughout his work, Dillon’s earnest passion and commitment to music has been

evident in every word and chord.

With a B.A. from Berklee School of Music, Dillon came to Nashville in 1995 and has

since written for EMI Music, Warner/Chappell Music, Amylase Entertainment and Kid

South Publishing (Teddy Gentry from the critically acclaimed band, Alabama) . He has

had songs recorded by George Jones, Restless Heart, Natalie Cole, Don Felder, Ronnie

Milsap, Neil McCoy, Steve Holy, Josh Gracin and Rodney Atkins among countless

others.

Across the Atlantic Ocean, in Innsbruck, Austria, Dillon found his place in a four-

member group called “High South.” Reminiscent of the Eagles with their rich harmonies,

they made their mark throughout central Europe making top-10 charts in Germany,

Austria and Switzerland.

From the experience with the band, Dillon landed a publishing deal and is currently with

Schedler Music out of Lechtal, Austria. Now, based out of Berlin AND Nashville, Dillon

writes internationally for many artists/DJ’s such as - FTampa (Brazil), DJ Bobo

(Switzerland), Andrea Berg (Germany), X-Stylez and Two-M (Switzerland), Storm3

(Netherlands), D’ Hundskrippin (Austria), Jon Sine (Germany), Luca Little

(Phillipines/Germany), Quarterhead (Germany), Patrick Johnsson (Switzerland) and

Nick Vega (Switzerland) to name a few, including various Korean and Japanese artists.

He has also had his voice on many songs he has written such as “Sunshine” with DiMaro

(Belgium), “Only If You Say So” with Charming Horses (Austria), “Glowing” with

FTampa (Brazil) and “Caffeine” with X-Stylez & Two-M (Switzerland). He also had two

songs chosen for the finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 representing Denmark

and Lithuania.

Along with his artistic ambitions, Dillon’s music and voice have also been featured in

films including Warner Bros. “Terminator 3,” 20th Century Fox’s “Live Free or Die

Hard,” New Line Cinema’s ”Blade 2,” Lions Gate’s “3:10 To Yuma,” DC Comic’s

“Hellboy,” New Films International’s “The Florentine,” Dimention Films’ “The Crow 3,”

Lions Gate’s “Color Me You” and a number of songs for director Wes Craven for his

films such as “Scream (Dimension Films),” “ Dracula 2000 (Miramax Films),” Cursed

(Miramax Films),” “Amusement (New Line Cinema)” and “Mimic (Miramax Films).”

The list of life is a long one for Dillon. Not of what he has done, but for what’s to come.
